SignupNation pricing is built around plans that grow with you. The free plan includes unlimited sign-up sheets, basic reminders, and a limited number of events and participants—enough to run classroom sign ups, potlucks, or small volunteer schedules.
Paid plans add unlimited events, ticket sales, auctions, lower donation fees, and more team members. There are no hidden fees: payment processing (e.g. for tickets or donations) is clearly listed per plan. Add-ons like SMS reminders or extra admin seats are optional so you only pay for what you use.
Why is our pricing structured this way?
We keep a free tier so schools and small groups can run sign ups without a budget. Paid plans are for organizations that need more events, payments, or team seats. Pricing is transparent so you can compare plans and choose based on features, not surprise charges. Nonprofits get a 25% discount on paid plans.
How to choose a plan
Start with Free if you only need sign ups and a few events per year. Move to Pro when you want unlimited events, tickets, or auctions. Choose Organization for multiple team members, lower payment fees, and API access. Enterprise is for large institutions that need custom contracts, SSO, or dedicated support.

Do you offer nonprofit discounts?
Yes! Verified 501(c)(3) nonprofits receive 25% off all paid plans. Contact us with your EIN to get your discount.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoicing for Enterprise plans.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
