SignupNation provides an online platform for organizing sign-ups, managing volunteers, accepting donations, selling tickets, and running auctions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

To use certain features you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You agree not to use our services to violate laws, infringe others' rights, transmit spam or malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
4. Payment Terms
If you use paid services or process payments through our platform, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for their actions. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our services. SignupNation and its logos are our trademarks.
6. Disclaimer, Liability & Termination
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignupNation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your use. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
