How do I create an account?
Click Start Free on the homepage or go to /signup. Enter your email and set a password. You can create an organization and invite team members from the dashboard.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Core sign-ups are free forever. Paid features include payments, advanced reporting, and team permissions. You can upgrade anytime from Settings.
How do I invite team members?
From your organization or event, use the Team or Settings area to invite people by email. You can assign roles such as admin, editor, or view-only.

How do I add time slots?
When creating or editing an event, open the Sign Ups section and add slots with titles, capacities, and optional prices. Publish the event to share the link.
Can participants edit or cancel?
You control whether sign-ups can be edited or cancelled. Configure this in the event's sign-up settings.
How fast can I launch my first sign up?
Most organizers publish their first sign up in under 10 minutes using templates and guided setup. No credit card is required to start.
Payments
How do I accept payments?
Connect Stripe in Settings. Then enable payments on your event or campaign and set prices on sign-up slots, ticket types, or donation amounts.
When do I get paid?
Stripe deposits funds to your connected bank account on their payout schedule (typically 2β7 business days). View transactions in the Payments section.
What payment processor does SignupNation use?
SignupNation uses Stripe for all payments, with bank-level security, automatic receipts, and fast payouts. You connect your Stripe account once in Settings.
